Hapa Grill opened in March 2005 in Park City, Utah to rave reviews. The name Hapa is derived from a Hawaiian word meaning "half and half," which explains the Asian and island flavors combined on the menu. Hapa is an innovative concept featuring a mix of Asian ingredients and island themes in addition to global influences. The restaurant offers a sushi bar featuring fresh fish that rotate based on availability and quality. Hapa Grill's interior combines a contemporary setting with an island feel. It's relaxed; yet sophisticated setting allows Hapa's guests to experience an oasis from their busy lives once they step inside.
